Guided walks are offered in the Spring, Summer, and Fall on public trails throughout the Greater Portland, Maine area, weather permitting. These are small-group experiences—with up to 10 participants—designed to unfold slowly and intentionally.
We typically spend about five hours in the forest, much of that time sitting or resting directly on the Earth. The total distance is usually no more than one mile, with terrain ranging from easy to moderately gentle. This pace allows for presence, comfort, and deeper connection with the natural world.
To close our time together, we share tea and nourishing snacks—a simple, grounding way to return from the woods and integrate the experience.
*walks are donation based with a portion of the proceeds going to various non-profit organizations for preservation, trail maintenance and events.
